PAYMENT

1. 50% deposit on training to be paid in full for your place to be reserved. The rest of the amount can be paid 1 week before arrival by bank transfer. 

2. Passport/I.D documents to be presented upon arrival.

3. Deposit is non-refundable, this includes all unexpected life events for example sudden injury, pregnancy, work commitments etc to name a few examples. Before the course start date costs already have been incurred.

4. The price is the exact amount to be received by us, irrespective of fluctuations in currency and irrespective of any third party transfer charges. If you choose to pay by electronic transfer, please instruct your bank to charge all costs to you in order to avoid a shortfall in the amount that we receive.

5. If your bank is outside of the EU please use a service like transferwise else we will have to add a surcharge of 15 euros, which is what our bank charges us for bank to bank transfers outside of the EU.

HEALTH

1. Students should be in good health and have a good level of physical fitness before signing onto the course. It is the student’s responsibility to look after themselves and their physical and mental health during their stay.

2. If you need to we can adapt the physical practice to your needs, but it's important that you have a green light from your doctor to make physical exercise.

3. We require that you have travel insurance and your travel insurance covers the activity of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses, and all the usual risks. You should bring the policy with you in the case of an emergency.

OTHER

1. All activities, food and drink off site is at the expense of the guest.

2. Yogaia is not responsible for your travel.

3. Check-in time is after 3pm and check out time is before midday. We are flexible regarding this, do get in contact so we can accommodate you.

4. Yogaia cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables.

5. If a students behaviour is unacceptable or abusive towards staff or other students we reserve the right to remove you from the premises without a refund. To see our code of conduct guidelines please send us a message and we will send it over :)
